Major Event or Venue Appearance

Designed for large-scale holiday events, high-volume guest experiences, hotels, malls, resorts, festivals, tree lightings, major community celebrations, and other venue-based appearances for approximately 350 - 800 guests. Uncle Santa can serve as a featured guest, meet-and-greet or photo Santa, mingle with attendees, participate in programmed moments, greet families, distribute client-provided gifts, appear on stage, or take part in other agreed holiday activities. Because large events vary significantly in attendance, schedule, guest interaction, venue requirements, and appearance format, pricing is customized for each booking. Events with approximately 300+ attendees, extended photo sessions, high-volume guest interaction, or large public audiences generally fall into this category. Community or Corporate Event Appearance

Designed for community celebrations, company parties, hospitality events, schools, HOAs, and other organized holiday functions of approximately 250–300 guests.
Uncle Santa can greet and mingle, hear Christmas wishes, answer North Pole questions, pose for photos, read stories, lead holiday songs, help distribute client-provided gifts, and participate in scheduled event moments.
Each appearance is tailored to your event’s size, schedule, and priorities. Santa may circulate among guests, remain stationed for photos and visits, or serve as a featured guest.
Major public events, large venue appearances, advertising, commercials, and film/video productions are quoted separately.
Please note: Gifts must be provided by the client. Photography, décor, seating, sound equipment, and other event equipment are not included. Santa will arrive in the attire of his choice unless arranged in advance. Adults may pose with Santa but may not sit on his lap.

Large Gathering Visit

Designed for larger family celebrations and social gatherings of approximately 30–125 guests. Santa can greet and mingle with guests, hear Christmas wishes, answer North Pole questions, pose for individual and group photos, read Christmas stories, lead holiday songs, and help distribute gifts provided by your event. Larger gatherings are shaped around your guest count, schedule, and priorities. Depending on the size and flow of your event, Santa may spend more time mingling, taking group photos, greeting families, and creating shared moments rather than providing extended individual visits with every guest. This rate is intended for larger family parties, holiday celebrations, reunions, neighborhood gatherings, and similar social events. Corporate functions, schools, HOAs, community/public events, commercial appearances, productions, and unusually large gatherings are priced separately. Please note: Gifts to be distributed must be provided by the client. Photography, décor, throne/chair, and other event equipment are not included. Santa maintains multiple professional looks and will arrive in the Santa attire of his choice unless a specific look has been arranged in advance. Adults are welcome to pose and interact with Santa, but adults may not sit on Santa’s lap. For seated visits and photos, a sturdy, firm seat or bench works best for Santa and guests. Small Gathering Visit

Designed for smaller gatherings of approximately 30 guests or fewer. Santa can greet and mingle with guests, hear Christmas wishes, answer North Pole questions, pose for individual and group photos, read Christmas stories, lead holiday songs, and help distribute gifts provided by your event. Each visit is shaped around your gathering, guest count, and available time so Santa can focus on genuine interaction and memorable moments with children and adults alike. This rate is intended for smaller family gatherings, home visits, and similar celebrations. Larger parties, corporate functions, community events, schools, HOAs, commercial appearances, and productions are priced separately. Please note: Gifts to be distributed must be provided by the client. Photography, décor, throne/chair, and other event equipment are not included. I believe in Santa Claus again! I have had the pleasure of watching this Santa perform for the past two years and he’s nothing short of magical! He has the ability to conjure up the inner child in you and make the holiday season even more special and memorable just by being in his presence! His jolly voice fills the air with love and joy! I highly recommend hiring him for your event! Everyone in attendance will be thrilled, especially the children and the kids at heart!

Santa was really cool! I liked his voice because it sounded like a real Santa, and his costume and beard were awesome. He was really nice and funny too. I definitely think he was a great Santa! (review from a seven-year-old)

Really great Santa! He gets fully into character, and his deep, smooth voice is perfect for the role. I also loved that he speaks multiple languages and can connect with families from different backgrounds. You can tell he genuinely enjoys being Santa. I’d absolutely recommend him — he’s the kind of Santa you’ll be excited to have at your event!

Uncle Santa was great! All the kids had a great time at our party! Santa even spoke in several different languages to give our guest a uniques experience!

We had such a great experience hiring this Santa for our party! He was friendly, fun, arrived on time, and looked amazing. He did such a great job staying in character and was really great with the kids — patient, playful, and kind.
He was also great with the adults, happy to take photos and chat with everyone. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made the whole experience feel really special. We would definitely hire him again!

We had such a nice experience with Santa! He was friendly, patient, and really made the kids feel comfortable. His Santa voice was so good and honestly made it feel like we were talking to the real Santa. He brought a really nice energy to the visit, and it was clear he enjoys making the experience special for families. We really enjoyed having him and would definitely recommend him for a holiday party or family gathering!
